Joe Zee’s Coat Drive for Those in Need!

Hope everyone had a great holiday season! Check out the lovely story Divagalsdaily.com wrote about my contribution. You can watch me interview all the A-List celebs that came out and contributed to the coat drive!

The DivaGals were busy during the holidays! Our contributing reporter Valerie Greenberg caught up with her TV pal, Elle‘s fashion director Joe Zee as the All on the Line Sundance Channel star hosted a New York Cars Coat Drive inside Bloomingdale’s on Lexington Avenue in New York City last month.

Joe’s celebrity friends, including Parenthood‘s Lauren Graham, Hot in Cleveland‘s Valerie Bertinelli, Covet Affairs‘ Piper Perabo and Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe, among others, were on hand to lend a sleeve (or two!) to the cause.

Check out below where Valerie gets the scoop on why they were so eager to get involved and help keep the nation’s less fortunate warm this winter.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Cycle for Survival

SNL’s Seth Meyers was busy with a far more important endeavor over the weekend then hosting his “Weekend Update.”  He was busy cycling in support of cancer research at Equinox Graybar in NYC.

Now in its fifth year, Cycle for Survival is an indoor cycling fundraiser benefiting rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.  The event began in 2007 as a grassroots fundraiser founded by Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center patient Jennifer Goodman Linn, and has doubled in size each year, raising over $4.2 million this year, and over $8 million to date.
